Organic Ginger Lemon Green Tea
This tea is a perfect natural stress reliever. Ginger being antibacterial, boosts immunity naturally, while lemons are a great source of Vit C, which heals wounds and preserves teeth and bone strength. It's everyone's absolute favourite right before a yoga class.
Ingredients: Natural lemon peel, Dry ginger, Natural lemon flavour, Natural ginger flavour, Green tea
How to make a perfect cup of tea
- Place 1 tea spoon or 2 gm. tea leaves in a cleaned empty pot.
- Pour hot water into the pot, and cover the pot with the lid. (Make sure the water is just below boiling temperature)
- Let it brew for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
